Jennifer was always a good girl. Being 19 years old, it was unexpected that this 4.0 GPA student would already be living on her own. Her parents must've been loaded, but no, they weren't. Jenny lived at the bottom of the barrel all her life, but when her grandparents died, their will stated clearly that Jenny was now executor of the property, and she would be responsible to pay the bills when she was finished university, to which she had received a full scholarship. Her parents might not have been loaded, but her grandparents were, and they left young Jenny with her own house, complete with inground pool, sauna and other facilities. She lived there once in a while, her residence on campus being her primary living quarters. There was another name on the will designated to housesit; her grandparents knew this boy for a long time, and Jenny grew up with him until he moved.

Derrik and Jennifer knew each other since they were born, Derrik being a couple months older. Compared to Jenny, he lived life.
