A weekend of bliss --- By Billy Jack

When Joyce invited her kid sister Denise down for the week she had no idea that her boss would be sending her off to Indiana to cover a convention that was being held there by the National Cancer Institute. It was too late to call her and cancel their plans, she'd been on the road for nearly five and a half hours, and she hated to see her travel by bus for nearly twelve hours just to turn around and go back home.

Luckily her sister and Clint got along well. She would be alone with him from early Friday evening until late Sunday night. Surely they wouldn't drive each other crazy in that short of a period.

Clint always did like Denise. He always made sure that the three of them did stuff together when she came down to visit. He didn't want her to be bored, and in St. Louis there was so much to do they'd never run out of new places to see.

The last time she was in town she'd just turned twenty-one, so Clint took his wife and sister-in-law out on a night on the town. They went to a nice dinner and then afterwards they went dancing. Joyce had no idea that her sister and her husband could dance so well together. If she had lived closer to them they could have entered some of the local dance competitions that the bars usually hosted a few times a year, and they were good enough they could have won. ...
