SHIRLEY TEMPLE INTERVIEW

Shirley Temple... there's a name that's easy to remember!... has been publishing with ES.com for a little over a year, and has already thrilled us with over a dozen stories, at the rate of one a month. I wish I could be that disciplined!

What was the first story you published here?

My first story was "I was lonely", basically my stories are like my diaries, so this one starts in my teenage years.

Q. Now, is there anything you'd like to tell us about yourself?

This question is surprisingly difficult to answer, I could give a physical description of myself but this is mentioned in my stories or you can simply look at my profile picture. Likewise my outgoing flirtatious, teasing personality is well documented. If I look too deeply at my personality it could scare me, am I just an exhibitionist or am I an attention seeker, for example in the summer I will deliberately take a detour on my way to and from work. Driving through town in my bright red convertible, my blouse unbuttoned a little further than normal and my short skirt hitched up stopping just below my crotch. Maybe I shouldn't look to deeply and just give in to the fact that I'm always going get a thrill from acting like a naughty little school girl.

Q. Why did you begin writing erotic stories?

I'd never shared any of my experiences with anyone until I met Kaz "Promotion 1, 2 & 3" She jokingly said I should write a book and well here I am!

Q. Have you published anywhere other than ES.com?

No, I think ES is the best site around and so easy to use.

Q. What is it about writing erotica that you most enjoy?

In one line "It makes me hot", not only do I get turned on writing but I get turned on again when my fans reply saying how horny I've made them.

Q. What is your favourite category to write in, and why?

I guess that would have to be exhibitionism because I love to show my body off. I'm a keen naturist so often naked in public, but just flashing a bit of leg in a bar or restaurant makes me feel naughty.

Q. How much of yourself do you include in your stories?

Too much, I have been the main character in all my stories so far. And it's the real me, I don't try to pretend to be a large breasted blonde and I think the readers appreciate the realism in my work.

Q. Is there anything that happens in your stories that you would really like to try in "real life", but haven't yet been able to?

I suppose the thing I fantasise about most is being well and truly gangbanged. But this is probably best kept as a fantasy, a bit like making love on a secluded beach. It seemed a good idea at the time but believe me that bloody sand gets everywhere and was a bit irritating for a day or two.

Q. Does your partner or any of your friends know that you write?

I bloody hope not!

Q. What, if any, difficulties do you face when writing - erotic writing difficulties and general writing difficulties? And how do you overcome them?

I guess time is the biggest problem, not enough of it. Like the majority of people trying to juggle work and home life means I don't have as much time for writing as I would like.

Q. How about in more general terms - how do you feel about the "outside world's" perception of erotic literature?

Reading erotic stories is like masturbating, all men do it and a lot of women to, but ask them if they do and they'll all deny it!

Q. One thing that I love about ES is that you very quickly build up a community of fans, who enjoy writing to and hearing from their favourite authors. Do you have any favourite topics that have surfaced in these "conversations"?

I don't know about favourite topics but it certainly is fun, but there are pitfalls to watch out for. I'm not talking about the obvious picture collectors, I recently got a bit carried away chatting to one fan and ended up becoming his cyber slut, but that's a story for the future!

Q. How do you feel when you receive negative comments or very low votes from readers?

Are that hot potato, the voting system. To be honest I don't let it worry me too much, but it does annoy me if someone gives a low vote and doesn't bother writing to say why.

Q. What kind of stories would you never write?

That's easy, all the ones that ES doesn't allow, sex with animals and minors etc.

Q. And what subjects do you like to read about?

I do like to read about wives finding themselves in unplanned situations, the obvious classis being a game of strip poker. I know it's a well used scenario but imagining I'm the main character really does turn me on.

Q. Do you remember the first pornography you ever saw?

I don't watch much porn but the first hardcore film I saw was called "Summer wind" It was set in France but don't ask me what the plot was as it didn't have subtitles.

Q. What's the kinkiest thing you have ever done?

I've always had a very full and varied sex life but I don't think I'm kinky, yes I've tried light bondage and role play. If the question had been where is the most unusual place you've had sex? The answer is laying on a tombstone in a graveyard!

Q. Do you have any fantasies that you would like to fulfil?

I have no problem with these, as long as it's between consenting adults anything goes, and in answer to the next question I have been lucky enough to explore these feelings in the flesh which I have written about and more to come.

Q. Do you explore these feelings, positive and negative in your stories?

Always positive, how could I write in a negative style and keep it erotic?

Q. How long does it take for you to write a story? Could you talk us through the process?

It always takes me a while to get started trying to get the creative juices to flow. As for the process, I start with a little background then slowly build the story to a climax, it's a bit like striptease for the mind. There is another process, the physical one. I normally like to know I have at least a couple of hours to spare, firstly I'll take a shower, then slipping on my robe I'll sit in front of the PC and start writing, as I get absorbed in the story without even realising it I will have my gown open and be gently rubbing my clitty, I then struggle to type one handed and end up giving in until I have slipped a finger or two in my pussy and relieved some tension.

Q. What do you think is the best story you have published here?

Well going by the votes my best story would be "A bit of Shirley Temple at work" but one of my favourites to write was "For the boys".

Q. Is there anything else you would like to say to the readers of this interview and your fans? Now is your chance...
