Back in the present. I could hardly sleep that night. I got up several times during the night and popped in my demo. I would only play a couple songs, then attempt to go back to sleep. But the sleep would last only minutes. I was so in love with hearing my voice, on my favorite songs, that I could barely go an hour without hearing them. I gave up on sleep eventually, and turned the CD back on. I walked out onto the balcony and lit the candles, then layed down on the futon and stared into the moonlight.
