I was so lucky to have Ryan in my life. He was the most caring person I have ever met. He made me pull over so he could help an elderly couple out of the rain. We took them to a shelter and then began the slow journey across town. All I wanted was to peel out of my clothes and slip into bed with Ryan and forget about the things I saw today.
