Flight number 476. 476. 476. He stands at the entrance to the airport terminal, repeating my flight number over and over again, awaiting the plane to land.

We've planned this for months, my coming to visit him for a weekend of true romance. Finally, after waiting for what seems like an eternity, that day is here.

"Flight 4-7-6 has landed at Terminal 3!" blares through the airport. Those simple words he's been waiting to hear all day brings a smile to his face. 7:05 pm. The plane had landed right on time. His palms are sweaty, and he becomes very nervous as he watches for me exiting the terminal.
