My times with Penny - Part 4

Hi, I'd like to once again thank everyone who took time to read my story so far. The votes and the feedback have by far exceeded my expectations. Once again, You're more than welcome to vote and leave feedback on this story. Up to this point, The stories have come out in chronological order. From here on out, I can't be certain if they'll be that way, As I can't remember which time came when. But I will still try to make them as accurate as possible. I hope you all enjoy each one.

A little more background. Penny had joined a sorority, And moved into a sorority house. And this is where this story takes place. I can't remember how many girls were living there, And I won't name names, Because this isn't about that. But a little layout of the house is, you entered into the living room and on the first floor there were 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. Upstairs there were 3 more bedrooms. Penny sharing one with one of her sisters in the sorority. Now during the school year, It was tough to find a place alone in which to be intimate. But luckily for us, There was an attic that went up from one of the upstairs bedrooms. This is where this next encounter took place.
