Jen and I - Part 8

First of all, I wish to apologize for how long this has taken to get out. I want to thank all of you who have written me asking where this part is/was. And once again, Thanks for all the votes on the first 7 parts. Now on with the story.

As I stated at the end of the last part, I was going to jump ahead to prom night, And I will get us there, But decided to start at the day before the prom. I knew I was head over heels in love with Jen and although I knew no one could come between us as I knew Jen felt exactly the same way and since I had been working so many hours, I decided to make a purchase from a local jewelry store. Not what first comes to mind, I knew we weren't ready for that, But I did pick up a ring with her birthstone in it. I then went over to the limo place, Made sure the limo would be ready and was paid for. I went and paid the hotel room for the weekend, and went and paid in advance at the karaoke place. I also went and picked up my tux and was now ready for the next night and weekend. I went home and hung up the tux in my closet, Put together an over night bag with a few changes of clothes, Both casual and dressy in case we went out to eat.
