"Hallelujah!" shouted Darren standing up in the pew. There were some chuckles around him. This wasn't like the church he grew up in.

"Thank you brother," said Pastor Getty smiling and continuing his sermon.

Darren looked around him. He was not the only black man in the church. The rear pews were predominately black. The church appeared segregrated and it was, though class was more of a factor then race. The white parishoners were all middle to upper class, while the blacks were poor.

After the "amens" were said, Darren stood up towering over the the pastor's wife, Justine Getty. Her daughter, Deidra stood up on the other side of her mom. Deidra had a sweet, innocent look to her, but was gorgeous. She was wearing a conservative, ankle length dress. Darren also noticed one of the black men stood out from the rest, tall and bulging with muscles. They exchanged nods. The man was another enhanced, but here for spiritual reasons while Darren had more carnal desires.

"Wonderful sermon, Pastor," said Darren shaking the man's hand outside the church. ...
