Caitlyn's New Experiences—Part One

Caitlyn is an 18 year old freshman at an out of state college. She had never dated much through high school because her parents were always on her about her grades. Caitlyn was glad to have been accepted to the University because it gave her time away from her parents and her home life. Caitlyn was a very attractive young girl with long auburn hair, big blue eyes, and a 34-22-35 body.

Caitlyn arrived in Fall Springs on a Saturday morning, where she had made prior arrangements for a flat in town. She found a taxi and was on the way to her new beginning of being away from home and out on her own for the first time. She was never much for ever being known as a wild child or an outgoing person. Caitlyn went to the manager's office and Mr. Paterson greeted her as she entered. He told her he hadn't expected her so early and fetched the keys to the flat and heading out the door. Mr. Patterson was in his early 50's and all his hair intact. He wasn't a very attractive man but had his way of charm. Mr. Paterson had never married nor had any children.

The reached the top of the stairs where Mr. Paterson unlocked the door and showed her around. Caitlyn smiled and said it would be just perfect. Mr. Paterson led his way out the door hollering back at her that if there was anything she needed to just let him know.
