It was late in the evening, and Jerry had returned to the office to work on a deadline. As he was deep in his own world with his headsets on and fingers moving on the keyboard to the beat of Pink Floyd, he looked at the clock. It was 10:25. Even the cleaning crew had already gone home and lights were only sparingly turned on throughout the floor. He took a quick break to get a glass of invigorating ice water, and returned to his desk hoping he would finish up in and hour or so. He put his headset back on only to hear one of his favorite songs, "Echoes", playing. Just moments later, much to his surprise, he noticed a shadow pass his office. Being that Jerry's office was so far removed from the typical line of traffic, he couldn't help but wonder whom the curvaceous silhouette belonged to. He leaned back his chair and saw this woman in a luscious shiny red blouse walking away from him. She looked familiar. He had seen her before, and had always thought that she was a mysterious woman who appeared to be sensual, romantic, and full of sexual adventurism. Just then, lyrics from the song had a strong reverberation that he never heard so clearly before...it said "strangers passing in the street by chance". He believed this was a sign that he should initiate a conversation, as he knew that there was something about her that he wanted to know more about.

Jerry had remembered the woman's name, Gail, from a brief introduction at a meeting several months prior. He looked her up on the company's instant messaging system, noticed that she was in fact on-line, and ...
