I'm not the type of person that hates Mondays but today had been horrific. In all the hullabaloo of the weekend I never picked up my car.

Rama had a police officer pick me up and transport me to work. As soon as I stepped in the door Betty Jo said the boss wants to see you right now.

I quickly poured a cup of coffee and tapped on his door. ‘Enter' he had yelled louder than was necessary. He told me to have a seat in a brusque manner.

Danny Harris was a short man but was almost muscle bound from weight lifting. Danny was only about five foot five but he had a reputation of being a tough guy; not afraid to take on anyone in a fight.

Before I could even take a sip of coffee he slid an envelope across his desk towards me.

"I'm ordering you to go for the minimum sentence on the [censored] conviction."
