I am a single 52 year old retired man. I have lived in my townhouse for the past 8 years. At the time I moved in, my neighbors were a couple with a young daughter. We got along right from the beginning and they were not concered with my being unmarried. That seems not to be the normal attitude of most of my other neighbors. They say hi when we meet, but other than that, hardly anything is spoken. I am not sure why that is, but I don't worry much about it.

I retired 2 years ago, as I did very well in the stock market. Mostly from stock options I received from work. So I was ablr to retire at my age. Mostly these days, weather permiting, I am on a golf course. I do enjoy cooking, but find it convenient to eat out a lot also.

Over the years, my friendship with the couple next door had brought us together many times for cookouts and party's. As a result, I had gotten to know their daughter and we got along very nicely. Nothing sexual, just as neighbors and friends. She sometimes would confided in me things I know she did not mention to her parents and she would also ask me things, she would not ask them. I always was as truthful as I could be. I also never mentioned to her parents anything she would ask or tell me.

Over the years, of course, she grew up, and she turned 18 during her senior year in high school. All this time, I was her sounding board, if there was something she wanted to try or decide if she should try it. I ...
