A Renaissance Festival Fantasy

The Michigan Renaissance Festival - "Dare to Dream!". Seven weekends in the fantasy woods every year. What is this, really! - a tourist attraction, an escapist fantasy, a sacred ritual, or (for some, at least) a great late Summer employment opportunity in a rowdyish coed community?

My Colleen has a special corner of her wardrobe set aside just for this annual pilgrimage. Her tall slender well-proportioned body, which will never betray middle age, cinched and uplifted, feels at home here. All of it. She will attend as often as possible.

On this special afternoon, in early September, she and I roam the grounds, as we have done each year, separately and together, taking in its rare atmosphere.
