Edward & Denise: Story #8: Reconnecting

Denise closed the door and watched Edward through the window walk away slowly, looking back at her all the while. There was definite chemistry between them, she thought, and as he rounded the corner out of sight, she let the drape fall back into place.

He was someone who seemed to understand her, she thought. Someone who had common interests with her, someone she could easily talk to about anything. She had to think about that. Why about anything? Perhaps it was because of how they started. If you can discuss anything sexual with each other, something that is very private and personal, then perhaps everything else is easier.
