I'd met Nancy online in 2000, in a sex chat room of all places! She admitted, much later, that she didn't like me at first - I don't know why, and she's never said - but we talked to each other almost every day for nine months. Then, when I moved to the UK, we kept in contact via long emails once a week or so, and I'd been to see her in Missouri in 2003. In the end, Nancy wore her dressy jeans with boots and a lovely pink top and I wore my denim mini with a black top and calf length burgundy suede boots. I remembered the ‘rule' that if I wore a skirt I wasn't to wear any knickers, but decided that I would risk it.
