The Reunion Chapter 3

I had only slept for about 3 hours, when my dad knocked on the door, and hollered out my name through the door, telling me he needed me to come out and help him in the barn. I told him I'd be there in 10 minutes, and he said ok. I heard him walk down the hallway. I smiled to myself each time he stepped on one of the creaking floor boards. I was remembering how many times I had crept past those loose ones, to avoid being caught, as I snuck out to have Jerry loosen me up, in the barn.
