Percy Rotter & the House of Femina, Chapter 2

Percy raced in the dark through the backyard and jumped into the pink limo that was waiting for him in the alley, as promised by the cockatoo that brought him the invitation to Genital Warts College of Witchery. As he slid to the middle of the pink-leather backseat, Percy wondered how the Herpey family would react when they realized he was gone. They'd be pissed, for sure, but Percy felt he didn't owe them a thing. Not an explanation, not more sex for Mr. Herpey in exchange for room and board, not anything.

The limo was bigger insider than it looked outside. The driver was a tall, blond man dressed in a traditional chauffeur's uniform (except that it was flamingo pink in color), and in addition to not getting out to open the door for Percy, the driver never turned from his seat to greet him. Just a "where to?" as he pulled forward and down the alley.

Percy paused before remembering just where he was going, and then blurted out the name of his new school. A nod he could see only in the driver's rear-view mirror was all the acknowledgment Percy received and the driver gunned the engines and the pink limo rose up into the air at a sharp angle ! Within minutes, low clouds enveloped them, and not until they'd gained a great deal more altitude and traveled quite a distance could Percy see the lights of the city, and even then only through a few open patches of sky. ...
