The Beast Within 2 By Supersoda and Will Buster

Aboard the bridge of the Aurion, the crew is on it's way to star station India to pick up the final two members of it's crew: Tomana Gregan, who is to serve as chief engineer, and Dr. Dar Rishnu, who will serve as chief medical officer. Once the personnel transfer is complete, the Aurion will lay in a course for Wolf 359 and the rendezvous with the rest of the Alpha Quadrant fleet. Ensign Fettering, who is young, and extremely inexperienced, has a long talk with Kola Depha along the way, and the very experienced representative of the Feng Domar gives the young ensign a tutorial on how the galaxy works. Depha would normally scowl at this sort of thing, but these are unusual times.

The Aurion leaves port, and captain baugh sets a course for star station India, warp seven.

Amongst the chatting and conversation on the bridge, Depha heads to the turbo-lift to head to the level ten recreation area for a long overdo lunch. Ensign Fettering immediately follows him, anxious to get some questions answered by the older and presumably wiser security chief.

"Hey, wait up" the young ensign remarks, depha ignores him, until finally, on the fourth try, the mighty warrior replies with controlled exasperation. "what in Orion's sake do you want?!" ...
