Izzy woke up to the most annoying sound Man had ever created. She rolled over in her king sized bed to smack the top of her alarm clock. She squinted her eyes against the morning light as she looked at the alarm. She sighed. It was six in the morning. She had two hours to get to the faculty meeting. She rolled on to her back and closed her eyes for a brief second. Izzy was not a morning person and it was the only downfall to her job. She thought about last night before Ian had left. She smiled.
