They'd be driving for hours when they saw a store on the side of the road. "Let's stop and grab something there to make a picnic lunch, then find a nice place somewhere up the road to stop and eat". "Sure", he said, "sounds like a plan to me!"

Pulling up, they both climbed out of the car, an older car, but a prized possession none the less, it'd been reliable and had been theirs for years. They stretched and wandered into the store, looking around, they found what they were after, some sandwiches, a couple of slices and a bottle of soda, it wasn't wine, but then, this was a store in the middle of nowhere, and they still had to drive after lunch. All paid for and back in the car, they carried on up the long, empty road looking for somewhere peaceful to stop for their picnic. "How about that rest area up ahead?" she asked. He merely grunted in agreement, pulling in.

Once again, they got out of the car; she breathed in deeply and breathed out again. "Ah, fresh air! Can't beat it!" she smiled, as they looked around for somewhere to eat. Pulling a blanket from the trunk of the car, they spotted a place just off to the side of the rest area that would be perfect. They wandered over and lay the blanket down, pulling out the picnic and sitting down to eat.

Once they'd finished, she lay back resting on her elbows and looked up at the sky, the clouds were forming shapes, and she started to point ...
