I met him having some of the same ideas. I've only ever wanted to be a woman who was wanted by a man. When I think back over my short life, I've always know what I wanted but I've been so afraid to express that until now. It's odd how I got to this point. It started with a book. That sounds funny to say that I started learning about my self from a fiction novel, but it's true. Many know what I look like; I'm a black woman, 5'4", black hair just past my shoulders, brown eyes, and from what I've been told a killer smile. I've always gone for men that I felt could be the one to take me where I needed to be but they were all wrong. I went to Borders one day and saw a book, The Dark Garden by Eden Bradley. It was a story about a woman who knew with all of her heart that she was a top, she was the dominant and she enjoyed it until the day she met the man that she would submit to.

I know that for some people, submission is a bad thing, for others its taboo, but I needed to know more. I wanted to know more. In this book, she wanted to submit to him but couldn't give herself she was so afraid, but yet her friend went freely. It all seemed so natural to me; a woman is supposed to submit to a man, a man who can embrace his maleness. I'm no feminist and I believe that both women and men have their place and mine was to submit to someone, but whom? I read every book I could find. Many of the stories were fiction, but I wanted something real. I wanted to know the feelings of a true submissive. I found another book. I put it away afraid to read it, and that's when I met Him. For the sake of identity we will just name this person Him. ...
