I had been working at the restaurant for around 6 months. The normal chain restaurant franchise with all the stupid crap on the walls, but filled to the brim with gorgeous waitresses who I made it my goal to fuck each and every one of. Chances were slim but I played the nice guy and prayed that I could get in one of their pants. I was had turned 19 that year and I was finally living on my own. Waiting tables can be a decent living if you are good at your job. We all noticed as the economy went bad that we had fewer and fewer customers but none of us realized how bad it had gotten until the layoffs came around. The joke was going around that if you slept with Eric you might save your job. As soon as I learned of the layoffs I got very nervous as I had my own place and did not want to move back home. Eric was known for being a good boss who cared and understood the rigors of the food business. He started calling people in one at a time and some came out smiling and some crying and I started sweating bullets knowing my time would soon come.

Eric was a decent looking guy in his early forties with the wife and kids. Not in great shape but not fat either; he had brown eyes and wore designer clothes. He was the kind of boss you could joke with and he would often jokingly hit on the waitresses or make sexual kind of jokes. He would help you out if he could with an early paycheck here or there, and would do anything he could to alleviate stress on the job.
