When I arose the next morning, Helga was still unconscious. I left word that she was not to be disturbed. I met Augustus and his wife for breakfast. After we had finished, we retired to a room where we could be private. I asked for a messenger.

I told him "There are five temples to Venus in Rome. I wish to meet with the high priestess from each temple here at midday. Go." And off he went. Then I spoke with Caesar.
