Billie was going to the Harper City Junior College Video Club to congratulate the guys and look at the equipment which her church had helped them get. Her husband had been supposed to go with her, but he had been called away to work. He had offered to let her come to the office, but Billy had said, no, she would just go and congratulate the group and be on her way.
