Part 1A The Phone Call

My name is George, I am of Chinese origin, 38 years old, 5'6" tall with greying black hair which make me look older than I am. I work and live in southwest London and have an uninspiring call centre job in local government. One Friday morning my life changed forever. My step cousin, Amy, called me for help.
