Linda was six months along and she sure showed it. She hadn't made a flick in over a month and she was glad that Tom was carrying the ball for awhile. They had a quarter of a million in the bank with residuals flowing in on a weekly basis. Checks kept arriving from distributors they'd never even heard of. They'd just moved into a new home in Manchester Massachusetts, located not to far from the sea shore. It was on high ground and safe from the vagaries of wind and weather. Of course this move made it a bit more difficult to get into Boston and so Tom leased a car to get the tax write-off and keep his investments unimpaired. They'd set up their own small corporation called "Mix and Mingle Modeling".

The Foxx's were looking for bigger and better film contracts as well. It turned out that they both were able to get into lengthier scripts. Many times, the lion's share of the movie would be shot on location with sex scenes filmed later to fill in those highly desirable blanks. It was a Tuesday and autumn was in the air, turning the green leaves of summer to the red gold of October chills. Linda heard something outside and when she glanced out the window, she was surprised to see that Tom was home early.
