For Jim and Clara Nelson life went on.

Clara started her new of job which she liked most of the time. Her boss, Susie Anderson, was great unless she had one of her screaming fits. Clara learned when she started to just pick up her stuff and leave the office. Susie then had to find someone else to yell at.

After this happened several times, Clara told her she was getting very tired of the abuse and that she was looking for another position. Susie turned white and started apologizing and making all sorts of promises not to do it again. She knew Clara was the best employee she had ever had and didn't want to lose her. Susie agreed to go to anger management classes. Things quieted down at the office.

Things were quiet at home too, maybe too quiet.

She and Jim existed in kind of a half marriage and half roommate situation. They never had harsh words and never argued. They both went to work and came home. Clara took care of the cleaning, washing of clothes and most of the cooking, while Jim took care of the yard and the cars. ...
