I turn and walk back inside, making my way over to the elevator; I push the button to go up. I hear the front door of the hotel open and then footsteps. The sound of heals on a marble floor, getting louder and louder with each step, I turn, facing the direction of the steps, not really sure who I'm going to see walking around that corner.
