Ginger: A Little Nymph Who Added A Little Spice To My Life

Damn it was good to be back in this country and living in the family beach house after being away for so many years. Things were moving ahead nicely with my plans to purchase my cousins beach house and use it as a base from which I hopefully could run a small lobster fishing business and live out my dreams.

Nothing had changed over all the years on the beach front. Time had always just stood still on the beach front. My life was now back to being just a bowl of cherries. I just had to spit out a few pits and savor the fruit.

I loved running on the beach every morning in the fog. I watched the sun rising on the eastern horizon struggling to burn off the morning mist as I jogged. I was amazed at how jogging cleared my mind and soul of all the dust that I had let accumulate in my mind from working in foreign countries for almost two decades. Every day I made it a point to scream into the fog as I jogged. "I'm home!"
