"Are you feeling a little uneasy?" Jan spoke as she watched Mike getting the last of their things out of the car.

"Uneasy?" Mike questioned and then added, "About what?"

"About Gary and Nora getting here," Jan explained, "and how we're all going to greet each other now that we've changed things."

"Oh," Mike grinned at his wife and let his tongue stick out of his mouth slightly before continuing, "like Frenching instead of just kissing?"

"That's not what I meant," Jan was actually getting a little bit peaved with her husband for not taking her more seriously, "what I meant was," she paused and collected her thoughts before finishing, "what if they want to start where we left off at Key West and let things escalate from there?"

"Is that what you want?" Mike asked hopefully.

"No!" Jan didn't hesitate but then added, "Now I'm not saying that I didn't enjoy what we did there but," she paused and thought, "I don't want our friendship to become just a swinging friendship."
