It was Friday evening at about 6.30. Graeme was relaxing in the lounge with a beer and waiting for his wife to get ready. They were heading to a party at Graeme's boss' house where, in addition to the company, food and drink, all of which will be of excellent quality, he was intending to get a large contract signed. The company that Graeme represented was involved in logistics and distribution; of all sort of road freight. The client was an importer of dried fruits which needed to be delivered to bakeries all over the country. During the day Graeme and the client had agreed to all of the details and he was prepared to sign off at the party. Graeme was starting to feel nervous. But tonight would be different and he knew it. When he had discussed the requirements of the client, his boss, John, didn't even look up. "Sure. If you are confident it will get the business done, then the expense is authorised." Pause. "Will you be comfortable doing this?" Graeme assured him it was fine...
