My first thought when I walked in her office was, ‘She looks different somehow.' Maybe I was being a chauvinist, maybe it was the time which had elapsed since I'd last seen her or maybe I was looking at her for the first time, again. Whatever it was, I saw a beautiful woman with strength, vitality and power wrapped in a small package. Her hair was perhaps shorter, her face maybe a little more mature, her posture a little taller.
