Bill traveled some for work. This occasionally led to opportunities for him to meet women. Bill was a big man, 6'5 and 280 pounds, but he carried it pretty well with his broad shoulders and thick build. He was average in the looks department, no one would ever confuse him with George Clooney, but he was by no means ugly. He still had a full head of dark blonde hair, he had steel blue eyes and was quick witted and easy to talk to. Almost everyone he met liked him and quickly felt comfortable talking freely with him.

One night while on a business trip, he was having dinner with some clients, finishing up the deal as they had dinner at the restaurant at his hotel. The place was crowded and so they decided to have their meal in the bar. The meal went quickly and the deal got done and the clients headed home. As he watched the game he noticed a woman sitting at the bar, her seat was a couple chairs away, but there was nobody sitting between them.
