Story outline: Although working for different estate agents and each having separate spouses, Julie (Jools) Grisham and Todd Markham would regularly meet up at a vacant property to make out. However, on a recent occasion there was an unexpected ring at the front door.

This particular couple take the line: ‘if you can't be with the one...!' to it's extreme. Both married to spouses they love, however, for them the added spice of fucking in a vacant property, of which there were many, what with the ongoing housing boom and new apartments going up all over, was almost intoxicating, and more than they got from their partners.

Maybe it was the adventure of it, who knows. What it most certainly was not, is being caught, as all the properties they made out in were advertised by their respective agencies as ‘by appointment only'; no risk of a John Cleese naked embarrassment from ‘a Fish called Wanda'. Although, on this particular occasion things, got pretty much close...!

Julie Grisham who works for Eagle Estates, and Todd Markham who's employed by Happy Homes, had started an affair some while ago. It all began when they became attracted to one another, having shown prospective buyers around a property that each one's estate agency had on their books; a common situation in the current housing climate.
