I happen to be in Memphis for four days, and noticed this 'hunk' going thru the lobby now and then. The 'girl' he was with, was chunky, and thought that kinda odd for a good looking guy, but each his own.

Saturday afternoon, I noticed him sitting at the grand piano, in the lobby, playing really good music. I, as others, gathered around to hear him.....and we all enjoyed it.

Later that night, as I finished dinner in the restaurant at the hotel, I noticed him again, alone, no woman in sight. As I began to stroll out, I purposely went by him, smiled. He smiled back, and I spoke, saying "no piano tonight?".

"No....just quiet time" he replied. "Care to sit" he added.

"What about your girlfriend, won't she mind?" I asked.

"Girlfriend.....oh......that was my sister, visiting. She flew home to Kansas"

And so the conversation started. The conversation was long,, so I WON'T BORE you here......but, after a few drinks I was feeling pretty good. I also learned he just got back in the States from being overseas with the Military......alone on 'recon' duty. huummmm.
