Brad woke up to his alarm going off on his phone. He hit snooze and closed his eyes. For a brief moment he thought of calling in sick. He hadn't been this tired in a while. He smiled when he thought of the reason he was so worn out.

He had made love to Phoebe for a couple of incredible hours. He decided he wanted to go to work just so he could see Phoebe. Elayne stirred in the recliner she slept in every night now. The smile faded from him.
