Story outline: While attending an initial check-up, having moved to the area from the midlands, Trevor Alan enlightens Dr Lucy Reynolds as to his area of expertise, causing Lucy to do more than hang on his every enlightening word as it trips off his velvet tongue.

It was a slow morning as usual, at Dr Reynolds' surgery. It had been like that for the past few weeks. Aside from the few daily cases of people overdoing it by staying out in the sun longer than they should and getting sun burnt, there was little else to do. She almost wished bad weather open the residents by way of a change. Something, anything to challenge her medical degree, instead.

There was one bright note, though. Trevor Alan, who had recently moved to the south London area from Birmingham in the midlands, needed a doctor and a check-up. His appointment was the last of the morning, just before lunch. Well, the only real appointment, since the few others were walk-ins.

A Mr Cox was seen first. In his late 50's, he had need of some more Viagra while Mrs Prat, I kid you not, a woman in her early 60's, required some more HRT. Lucy filled out the prescription for each while her young 20-something mind reasoned what they had need of them for. In Mr Cox's case, it was simply a matter of his partner using oral stimulation, thereby saving the NHS millions of pounds, while Mrs Prat only now wanted what she had denied herself for however many years. ...
