Who am I pt 3

I woke up alone. It was daylight, but I had no idea what time it was. I needed to pee and tried to get up. Ow, that hurt! Laying back I realized that my entire body hurt. I have to get up, so I fought through it. Finally, I made it to sitting with my feet on the floor. I sat there for a long moment taking time to get the courage to stand. I realized just then the hook was no longer inside my bottom. It felt empty. I looked around for something to help me stand and found on the nightstand a note. It was from Eric so I opened it.

"Sara, Get up and take a hot shower and make sure you are thoroughly clean and yes that means shaved completely. You are not to masturbate or touch yourself beyond washing or shaving yourself.
