A few weeks ago, as I was puttering around in my basement on a rainy Saturday afternoon, my phone went off. I went over to check it and saw that I had a text message from my sister-in-law, who lived next door. I sighed and wondered what she wanted, because she would only text me if she needed something. I picked up the phone, and read the message, and sure enough she needed help with something. She texted, that she had purchased two bicycles for her daughters, and needed someone to build them before they came back from their fathers house the next day. Being that it was for my nieces, I didn't hesitate to respond and told her that I would be right over. I really wasn't in the mood to do it, because it was pouring outside, and I was comfortable in my basement, having a drink and watching a football game. But, like I said, it was for my nieces, so I gathered my tools, and got ready to go next-door.

I wasn't too excited about helping Raquel yet again, because that's basically what I had done for the last 15 or so years. Her and me had a love-hate relationship, as at times we would be super friendly with each other, and at other times, we would argue and fight. It was mostly because she had a pretty nasty attitude, which had begun when her first husband left her. She was pregnant at the time, and lived out in the woods, in the middle of nowhere.
