In post-World War I, the headmistress of the Wilkinson School, Miss Merlyn Appleby, received a surprise visitor: A man dressed in a British army uniform. "Miss Appleby, I hope you remember me."

"I-I'm not sure I do."

"I'm Captain Robert Parker."

Miss Appleby looked surprised. No, she didn't remember him.

"Bobby Parker, class of 1905, and I recall spending numerous delightful days and nights on my knees right here."

"Of course. I'm sorry, you've grown into a handsome man. What brings you back here?"

"Umm, Miss Appleby, while I was in France, not a day went by that I didn't think of you."

"Oh?"

"Miss Appleby, I have to confess, in Paris I visited a number of bordellos, but I have to say there has been nothing better than being with you."

"Captain, you graduated fifteen years ago. You're not suggesting. . .?"

"I am. I'm suggesting exactly what you're thinking."

"I suppose at my age I should be flattered, but . . ."

"Miss Appleby, fifteen years ago, after we became familiar, you made me plead for the pleasure of your muff, do I still have to plead?"

"Listening to the boys here, I believe the correct word now is ‘cunny.' I think I like it. Cunny sounds so risqué, don't you think?" She laughed.

At the time that Bobby Parker was a student, the question the headmistress asked these boys was, "have you considered tasting my muff?"

"Ma'am, I'll call it whatever you like as long as . . ."

"Captain, plan on coming back the day after tomorrow. I'll need to think about your proposal. I have to tell you I like the idea of you begging," she smiled.

"Yes, ma'am. Thank you, ma'am. I hope I can still pleasure your, ummm, cunny."

It had been almost a decade since Miss Appleby, now close to sixty, had a young man kneel under her skirt. It had been almost a decade since she'd asked a young man: "have you thought about tasting my muff?"

It had been almost a decade since she'd purchased lingerie that might excite a young man. Like women everywhere, she went shopping. Unlike women everywhere, Miss Appleby had to be somewhat circumspect.

It wouldn't do for the spinster, headmistress of the Wilkinson School to be seen buying the kind of lingerie she had in mind for Bobby Parker. Yes, she called him Bobby Parker, not Captain Parker.

When Captain Parker arrived, "Bobby, I'm so glad you meant what you said. I thought you might be teasing an old lady."

"No ma'am. I traveled from London just to see you. I like it when you call me Bobby. It makes me feel young. I hope I didn't come here only to be disappointed. Please."

"Your very presence makes me feel young, and what you have in mind makes me feel even younger. Come with me."

Miss Appleby led him to her bedroom. She was dressed conservatively, but fashionably, "Bobby, help me with my dress." She turned her back, so he
