It started out as just another Friday night at the Delt Mu fraternity house. Ten brothers sitting around the basement with a couple of cases of beer.

Of course, the discussion turned to girls. "Has anyone got laid recently?" Ron Somers asked.

Everyone shook their head ‘no.'

"Somethings going on with the girls around here. Their pussies are off limits," Jimmy Frawley added.

"Their titties, too," Hal Broderick chimed in.

"Talk, talk, talk. All we do is talk about it. What are we going to do about it?"

"I'm going to have another beer," Dave Jorgensen got up and went to the frig. "Anybody else ready?" Four hands went up.

"I have an idea. It's crazy, but it might just get us fucked," smiled Jack Rogers. He took out his phone and hit some buttons. "Let's have a contest. There are 23 brothers, a hundred dollars a man."

"What are you thinking? Smitty asked.

"There are dating sites that give you a 30-day free trial," Jack said,

"They all do that. What's the big deal?" Ron laughed.

"This one targets women over 40,"

"Ewwwwww."

"Ugggg,"

"That's my mom's age."

"Yes, but those women are desperate." Jack started to type, "I've had no luck with girls my own age, and I find older, no strike that, more mature women more sophisticated, interesting . . ."

". . . and willing to fuck," added Hal.

"No, I can't write that." He continued, "and more serious than the college girls I usually date." He added his own profile; all of it true. Height, age, interests. Then he took a selfie and posted it. "Let's see what happens."

"In a day or two you should offer to chat privately with a couple of those women. Who cares if they turn you down?" Jerry Harlston said.

"Good idea."

Two days later, Jack checked and there were comments, none of them flattering. "I date men, not boys." "I could get arrested for going out with someone your age."

The following Friday over more beers, the brothers encouraged Jack to offer to chat with one of the women's profiles. "Not just one, three or four. What's the worst that can happen?"

With two or three guys looking over his shoulder, Jack selected four women. There was no specific criteria, except "I'm not choosing anyone that has even the slightest resemblance to my mom."

It was three days later that Jack got a return message. "Hi there, thanks for responding. I haven't dated anyone your age since I was your age. If you'd like to meet for a drink, I'll be at Happy Hour this Friday at the University Inn. You'll recognize me, I'll probably be the oldest woman there and I'll be wearing a skirt with big bold red flowers, Nancy."

Nancy Simmons was forty-one with blonde hair. They used to call it frosted, but Jack wasn't sure what they called it now. She had a nice
