From the first day that I met my boss, Leonard at my job interview, I was attracted to him. When I walked in for my job interview, he was sitting behind his desk. He was a nice looking black man who had the nicest caramel colored skin, and hazel brown eyes. He was about 26, and appeared to be kind of laid back. He wore khaki pants and a brown and khaki collard shirt. He smelled as if he had just taken a shower, although it was mid- afternoon.

I had to consciously stop focusing on his looks and listen as he described what my job duties would be. He said that I would be working closely with him to improve the recruitment efforts at the company. I couldn't help but notice the way his lips looked as he spoke. Each word he said made me want to sit there longer and longer. I noticed how he kept licking his lips while he spoke. The interview seemed to last forever. But I was hired on the spot. I would start my new job that Monday.
