The dungeon was full of people. It was a small room so there really wasn’t that many people but the confined space made it seem to be packed with people. Mostly people were standing about chatting, barely watching the “scening” which was occurring around them. Groups and individuals wandered about the room, seemingly oblivious to the spanking, flogging and caning which was being enacted upon the benches, stools and stocks.
