Karla stepped out of her small 2 door 1989 Ford Escort and glanced up in awe as she stared at the home she would be working at.

The house was monstrous, thought Karla. She had never seen a house as big as this one; even in Beverly Hills. The house was at least three stories high and judging by the extension of the roof, there was another story in the back. She looked across the well - kept gardens and noticed there was a rather large Olympic size swimming pool with two diving boards. She looked to her left and saw a tennis court, a bathhouse, and a sandpit where a volleyball net was set up. The lawn was so beautiful, green and healthy, she doubted anyone would dare to step on it.

She glanced at her watch and knew she had better get going. She grabbed her purse and keys, locked the door, and started heading up the white and black marble steps. The front white doors themselves were as tall as the first story of the house. She glanced to the right of the door and pressed her finger on the tiny black ceramic button.

She heard the bells go off inside, but it was at least 10 seconds before someone turned the handle and opened the door.
