We Worked Together, Now We Play Together

Its unbelieveable at times how life goes. I never thought in my wildest dreams that i'd end up doing what happens in this story i'm about to share, but its all true. And it was all a long held dream come true. Sue and I were workmates for a large consultancy firm in the city. We'd often spend time on the phone in the media room, talking to clients and drumming up new business, inviting them to meetings and lunches, and sorting out details for their next enterprise. Over the course of a few months, Sue and I became firm friends, and often had drinks together after work on Frinday evenings at a local riverside bar.

We first met at our initial orientation day. I had caught the express train into the city, and made sure I reached the offices of my new employer well before time. As I approached the office doors, I noticed a white hatchback pull up, driven by an older lady. I didn't think much of it at first, until she stepped out of the car and walked towards me. My eyes slowly fixed their glance onto her. Her face, surrounded by short cropped blonde hair, looked tanned but slightly wrinkled, signs that she was into her early fourties. Her body though, gave no such indication. Sue was stunning, looked very fit and not a day over thirty-five. She carried a small petite figure, and maybe stood not over five feet four inches tall, where as I was over six foot. I was to find out later that she was actually fourty seven years old!
