The other day I was out working in my yard when a neighbor stopped over to chat. I had just moved to this town after college. The house was my grandmother's left to me in the will. The place needed lots of work. I figured that the yard would be a great place to start. It had been overgrown for a few years. I being in great shape thought it could be tackled in a day. It could have been if Jim had not stopped to chat. Therefore, that is where I will start my story.

Summers in Wyoming are rather warm. I had cut the grass in the morning. I was working on pruning the trees when I noticed a man watching me from his yard. I had not met anyone in the area yet but this guy had all the right looks. I would consider that he was a city guy by the way he dressed but those tight jean shorts hid very little. I continued working with the trees as I felt on fire from the eyes that were watching me. This one rather larger tree had been giving me problems. It was big to cut with the hand shears I would have to cut it down. Well the guy must have noticed, as I turned to locate my handsaw he was approaching the fence.

"Miss, why don't you let me helps you with that."

"Thanks, but I got it."
