Dream Girl

She'd made an appearance in several of my early morning dreams now, this mysterious, yet increasingly familiar young woman who called herself Bree. At first, I had been afraid she'd be frightened off and disappear into the hazy recesses of my dream-world, never to be seen again. Still, I approached her, drawn in a way I could not explain or control. She did not flee, and in fact seemed drawn to me as well. The scenario had repeated itself many times with the same rude awakening of my morning wake-up alarm.
