Memorial Day

It was a special weekend. Even though Francesca's husband had to extend his out of town trip for another week, she would have all the company she really wanted to enjoy Memorial Day. Her son's longtime best friend, Michael would be there. Francesca had only seen Michael once since Christmas and then only briefly for a dinner downtown before he was off again on an airplane.
