The ad I answered read:

I hadn't worked on the local theater circuit since moving here to start my postgrad Computer Science work, and "E&R Productions" didn't ring a bell. I later found out that I was the sole interviewee, and the owner of E&R was relieved that I met the qualifications. It seems that all the other interested candidates declined to be interviewed once they found out who they'd be working for.

Ron, the owner, was a forward-thinking man. A few years before, he had invested in a well-established strip club, eventually buying the club and the entire building which housed it.
